I love this woman. I’m telling you now, I am not a crier, but tonight I began watching the 20th anniversary DVDs from 5 years ago, and I’ve been in tears.
For example, the story about a lady who went out on a walk one day with her best friend whilst her four children slept, and she returned to find them all shot to death by her ex-husband who then shot himself. There was a recording of the woman’s call to 911, where she let out primal screams, where she tried to calm herself and explain, and come to terms with what just happened. Those screams, the pain in her voice. It had me in tatters.
I just love and adore Oprah.
Be my Mum please?
She brings joy and enlightenment to so many, gives so much to society. I’m so jealous of all those who are related to her.
